ComField Management Services Inc. (ComField)
specializing in Condominium Property Management evolved from
CFDI, our parent company, which has been in the Property
Management field business managing a variety of focusing on
residential and rental properties in the Greater Toronto Area
over the last 15 years. Our current Property Management
residential portfolio of 5,000 units comprises of apartment
buildings, town home sites and developments that have both
apartment buildings and town homes. On the Commercial side,
which is a mix of Condominiums and privately owned, we are
managing over 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. ComField
provides “Carefree Condominium Property Management Services” to
our owner residents and tenants using a range of qualified
professionals.
Growing into the 21st century, Condominium Property Management
is much more than security control, facility administration,
environmental management and traditional customer service.
“Carefree Property Management Services” evolves from our
in-depth knowledge of in-house capabilities and our ability to
provide a full range of services delivered by well-trained
Management Professionals. ComField Policy directs our staff to
act on requests from owners and residents personally and
promptly, and where possible, immediately, but in any case
within 24 hours.
Open Door Policy
To offer an enhanced degree of professionalism in a hands-on
system, ComField encourages an open door policy where an open
line of communication is always available at the Senior
Management level. Our Senior Management Team is involved in all
aspects of ComField through our internal communication system,
such as periodic project meetings, senior management meetings
and systematic reporting. We will listen to you and ensure that
your condominium issues are resolved quickly, efficiently and
professionally.

Collectively, our Condominium Property Management Professionals

designations ranging from those of Registered Condominium
Managers (RCM) to Certified Property Managers (CPM). Principals

ComField is professionally recognized and is in good standing
with Certified Systems confirmed by the Association of
Condominium Managers (ACMO) as a ACMO 2000 company.
The systems were certified by representatives of the Business
Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and are periodically confirmed
by the BDC. Like an ISO 9002 firm, our systems are more than
words, they are regularly certified as functioning and
effective.
ComField is a proud member of The Canadian Condominium Institute
(CCI) and encourages clients to benefit from the training
offered by CCI.
ACMO 2000 Provides Two-way Satisfaction
One of the fundamental requirements of the ACMO 2000
accreditation program is that at least 65% of the corporate
member’s managers must either be working towards, or already
hold, the RCM designation. In addition, all managers who have
not yet achieved the designation must be reporting through to a
Registered Condominium Manager. We spoke with a newcomer to the
ACMO 2000 family, Comfield Management Services Inc., whose
president George Larter just got his RCM, nudged by the need to
have this important credential.
