Mr. Larter has more than 20 years experience in the property management and development industry. George is the founder and Principal of CFDI property management (15 years) and co-founder and Principal of ComField Management Services Inc. (5 years). He is dedicated to the principles of “life-long learning” and “constant improvement” through staff development and technological advances. His career has been characterized by integrity, creativity and a commitment to providing service that meets the needs of his clients. George’s business strategy has been guided by the principle of controlled growth that sustains a high degree of customer satisfaction and provides the benefits of growth to his customers through constantly improving services.

Mr. Eddie Lok’s experience in property management started at a student complex in Minnesota in 1987. Since 1990, he has had extensive property management involvement in Toronto including managing over 3,000 residential units and several commercial properties. He has used his expertise in financial and asset management to help a number of clients stabilize their operations. His knowledge in property management systems, building maintenance and property development has been beneficial to ComField. He has been a Certified Property Manager (CPM) since 2002. .

Ms. Cristina Wong strengthens our team with her MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University). She ensures the integrity of ComField’s accounting systems with her strength in accounting, financial analysis and management control. Under her direct supervision, the quality of our property finance, control and reporting systems stand among the best in the Housing Sector in the GTA. 

With over 15 years experience in the management of properties and 8 of these years working with ComField Management Services Inc., Suzanne is a seasoned Property Manager of condominium, residential rental, industrial and commercial properties. She has learned to listen to the needs of the home and business owners. More importantly, she knows how to communicate your expectation to our operational staff who will implement the management systems to enhance your community and business operations.
