» Administrative Assistant (Condominiums, Rental, Co-operative Housing)
Description:

Provide Professional Property Management support services to owners and residents in all aspects of day-to-day activities at their property.

Skills & Experiences:

Minimum 2-years accounting, administration and/or operations experience, ideally in Property Management. Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, self-starter, team player, results oriented and customer focus. Experience with Yardi Software System an advantage.

» Property Manager (Part-time)
Description:

Responsible for the management of a condominium corporation. To work closely with the Board of Directors in the day-to-day operation and administration of the condominium site by providing a high level of professional Condominium Management Services.

Skills & Experiences:

Solid experience in Condominium Management; self motivated and results oriented; excellent customer service; organization, communication and computer skills. Working knowledge of the Condominium and Tenant Protection Acts required. RCM preferred.

Description:

» Live In Superintendent Couple
Description:

Provide on-site management, common area building maintenance. Some cleaning may be required.

Skills & Experiences:

Must be honest and possess integrity; personable, friendly; with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well and independently on multiple projects. Experienced in basic repairs and maintenance; mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting; HVAC systems; carpentry and painting; gardening and landscaping, cleaning and janitorial duties. If required, able to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Knowledge of Ontario Fire Code and previous WHMIS training are definitely an asset.
